The stream was very unstable during this round and it also affected the recording. I did my best to put this back together but there are some (hilarious) moments where the video just jumps around through the speech. The 2AR might be kind of confusing/difficult to comprehend. Most of the constructive speeches should still be intact.

1AC — First Affirmative Constructive
